Through the welding head, the high-frequency vibration energy is transferred to the joint of the workpiece, and the vibration energy is converted into heat energy by friction, so that the workpiece is locally melted to realize welding.

Ultrasonic welding system mainly includes ultrasonic generator, transducer/horn/welding head triplet, mold and frame. Ultrasonic welding is suitable for hot-melt plastics and films, as well as metals with lower melting points such as copper and aluminum.

1. Welding method: Under moderate pressure, the welding head vibrated by ultrasonic ultra-high frequency makes the joint surface of two pieces of plastic produce friction heat and melt joint instantly, and the welding strength can be comparable to that of the main body. By adopting suitable workpieces and reasonable interface design, water tightness and air tightness can be achieved, and the inconvenience caused by the use of auxiliary products can be avoided, so as to realize efficient and clean welding.
2.Riveting method: the welding head vibrated by ultrasonic ultra-high frequency is pressed against the protruding tip of plastic products, so that it instantly heats up and melts into a rivet shape, so that materials of different materials are mechanically riveted together.
3. Implantation: Through the preaching of welding head and appropriate pressure, the metal parts (such as nuts and screws) will be squeezed into the reserved plastic hole instantly and fixed at a certain depth. After completion, the tensile force and torsion force can be comparable to the strength of traditional mold molding, which can avoid the defects of damaged injection mold and slow injection.
4. Molding: This method is similar to rivet welding. The concave welding head is pressed on the outer ring of the plastic product, and after ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration is generated in the welding head, the plastic is melted and molded, and the plastic is coated on the metal object to be fixed, and the appearance is smooth and beautiful. This method is mostly used in the fixing molding of electronics and speakers, and the fixing of cosmetics lenses, etc.
5. Spot welding: A, two pieces of plastic are welded by points without designing welding lines in advance, so as to achieve the purpose of welding. B, for the relatively large workpiece, it is not easy to design welding lines for the workpiece to carry out spot welding, so as to achieve the welding effect, and multiple spot welding can be carried out at the same time.
6. Cutting and sealing: The chemical fiber fabric is cut by using the working principle of ultrasonic instantaneous vibration, which has the advantages of smooth incision, no cracking and no drawing.
